sex therapy

improving pleasure + intimacy across arizona

defining sex on your terms

I grew up in rural Indiana and remember exiting sex ed talks led by the school nurse and a local physician with fear and anxiety. Untreated STIs meant to scare us and then discouraged from discussing any of the topics further outside of that space. No birds. No bees. Just fear.

Sex therapy is about reclaiming connection—both with yourself and with others. Sexual challenges are far more common than most people realize, yet they often carry unnecessary shame or silence. Therapy provides a confidential, affirming space to unpack what’s getting in the way of intimacy, whether that involves desire differences, performance anxiety, painful experiences, body image, sexual orientation, gender identity, trauma, or the impact of stress and life transitions.

In our work together, we’ll explore the intersection of emotional, physical, relational, and cultural influences on your sexual wellbeing. Through open dialogue, evidence-based strategies, and personalized guidance, we’ll work to rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen your connection to pleasure and authenticity.

You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Sex therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about understanding yourself more fully, breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you, and forging a healthier, more confident relationship with your sexuality.
